About

The Advanced Microelectronics and Power-aware Systems (AMPS) Lab focuses on research, development, and educational efforts on advanced design methodologies in microelectronics and power-aware design of computing systems. Of particular interest are power estimation in VLSI circuits and systems, dynamic voltage scaling for low power, power-aware task scheduling for real-time systems, parallel algorithms in computer aided design for VLSI, low power design techniques for FPGAs, hardware acceleration techniques in high-performance hybrid computing systems, and flexible electronics.

Estalished in 2003, the current research projects carried out at AMPS receives funding from AFRL and NNSA.
